update pom.xml

After we have updated the pom.xml (web and java), we need to copy the jar files to javalib in eclipse. cp /Users/noteyltd/.m2/repository/com/stripe/stripe-java/3.5.0/stripe-java-3.5.0.jar ~/src/notey-web/main/java-lib/. If it is an external jar, we need to copy it in cp /Users/noteyltd/src/notey-dependency/xero.jar ~/src/notey-web/main/webapp/WEB-INF/lib/.
